Terms of Clearance: Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act, OMB cannot approve the amendments to this collection at this time. The regulatio at 5 CFR 1320 do not allow the review of a ICR associated with a proposed rule to extend beyond 60 days. The 60 day review period has expired and there remain some outstanding issues as to the proper burden estimate. This action does not affect the currently approved collection nor its expiration date.
