Abstract:
THIS REGULATION CLARIFIES REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT INCOME SECURITY ACT OF 1974 (ERISA) WITH RESPECT TO LOANS FROM PENSION PLANS WHICH ARE MADE TO PLAN PARTICIPANTS AND BENEFICIARIES WHO ARE PARTIES IN INTEREST WITH RESPECT TO THE PLAN.
