Terms of Clearance: This ICR is cleared for three years and is expected not to need renewal because CAIR will take its place including for ITC chemicals. EPA shall submit annual reports to OMB beginning on June 1, 1990 accounting for the cummulative burden imposed by all final PAIR rules issued in the preceeding year. If EPA in any one year is considering information gathering that would exceed the allotted burden, then a separate justification must be made to OMB for that increment that indicates how the collection meets the criteria of the Act's regulatio (5 CFR 1320.4).
