PROCESSORS PROVIDE DATA ON PRODUCTION, PRICES, AND INVENTORIES OF FARM-RAISED CATFISH AND TROUT. PROCEDURES PROVIDE DATA ON INVENTORY, LOSSES FROM DISEASE, AND LIVE HAUL SALES: RESULTS FROM BOTH SURVEYS ARE USED BY PRODUCERS AND PROCESSORS IN THEIR PRODUCTION AND MARKETING DECISIONS.
