Abstract:
RECORDKEEPING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION UNDER 7 CFR PART 59 IS NEEDED FROM EGG PROCEEDS SHELL EGG PROCESSING PLANTS, HATCHERIES, IMPORTERS, STATE AGENCIES, AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE EGG PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT. VOLUME OF PRODUCT IS NEEDED FROM SHELL EGG AND POULTRY PROCESSING PLAN TO CALCULATE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES FOR VOLUNTARY GRADING SERVICE.
