Abstract:
SHRIMP FISHERMEN OFF TEXAS COAST WILL PROVIDE CATCH-EFFORT DATA FOR A TRANSBORDER MIGRATION STUDY. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED FOR MORE EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND AS A BASIS FOR NEGOTIATIONS WITH MEXICO ABOUT THE SHRIMP FISHERY.
