THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO DISTINGUISH THE RELATIONSHIPS OF LAWF PERMANENT RESIDENCE AND U.S. CITIZENS WHO WISH TO FILE PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVES. IT WILL BE USED BY THE SERVICE TO CLASSIFY THE STATUS OF AN ALIEN FOR ISSUANCE OF AN IMMIGRANT VISA, AND TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF PETITIONER AND BENEFICIARY FOR IMMEDIATE RELATIVE

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
