THE FOUR FORMS INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE ARE NEEDED TO MANAGE THE SENIO COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE THE PRINCIP SOURCES OF PROGRAM PLANS, PERFORMANCE DATA AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION. THEY FORM THE BASIS FOR THE AWARD OF FUNDS, FEDERAL OVERSIGHT AND REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS.
