Abstract:
MARKS, SIGNS AND CALIBRATIONS ARE NECESSARY ON EQUIPMENT AND STRUCTURE AT BREWERIES FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF MAJOR EQUIPMENT, FOR ACCURATE DETERMINATION OF TANK CONTENTS, AND FOR SEGREGATION OF TAXPAID AND NON-TAXPAID BEER. MARKS AND LABELS ON CONTAINERS OF BEER ARE NECESSARY TO PROPERLY INFORM THE CONSUMER OF THE CONTAINER CONTENTS AN TO IDENTIFY THE BREWER, PLACE OF PRODUCTION, AND ADDRESS.
