THIS FORM (4483) IS USED TO EVALUATE TRANSACTIONS BY FEDERALLY LICENSES FIREARMS MANUFACTURERS, IMPORTERS, DEALERS OR COLLECTORS, WHEN THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR COMPLIANCE DETERMINES THAT THERE IS A NEED DO SO. THE LICENSEE PREPARES THE ENTRIES FROM EXISTING RECORDS AND SUBMITS THE COMPLETED FORM TO THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR.
