Abstract:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, PRIVATE LAND MOBILE RADIO SERVICE' LICENSEES ARE ALLOWED TO SHARE USE OF THEIR RADIO FACILITIES WITH OTHERS WHO ARE NOT LICENSEES. THE RULE REQUIRES THE SHARING AGREEMENT AND THE LIST OF STATION USERS BE KEPT AS PART OF THE STATION RECORDS.
