Abstract:
UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF 13 CFR - PART 121 - AND THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT THE SBA IS CHARGED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RENDERING SPECIFIC KINDS OF ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS (AS DETERMINED BY THE APPLICABLE SIZE STANDARDS). THIS FORM SERVE AS THE AGENCY'S BASIC WORKING TOOL IN DECIDING THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STATUS OF SUCH CONCERNS IN CONFORMANCE WITH PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS.
