THE COLLECTION APPLIES TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR NONPROFIT, PRIVATE, OR PUBLIC ENTITY WISHING TO CONSTRUCT ANY TYPE OF OBSTRUCTION AFFECTING NAVIGATION, FLOOD CONTROL, OR PUBLIC LANDS OR RESERVATIONS ALONG OR IN THE TENNESSEE RIVER OR ANY OF ITS TRIBUTARIES. The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
