Abstract:
IRCA APPLICANTS EXCLUDABLE UNDER SECTION 212(A) OF THE INA CAN NEVERTHELESS BE FOUND ADMISSIBLE IF THE GROUNDS OF EXCLUSION ARE WAIVE THE FORM TO REQUEST SUCH A WAIVER IS THE I-690. SINCE PERMANENT RESIDENT APPLICATIONS CAN BE FILED UP TO JUNE 1992, THE APPROVAL FOR T FORM SHOULD BE EXTENDED.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
