Abstract:
IN ORDER TO DETERMINE THE ADVERSE IMPACT (IF ANY) OF OUR SELECTION PROCEDURES, AND TO DETERMINE THE REPRESENTATIVENESS OF THE CANDIDATES SELECTED FOR THE FOREIGN SERVICE, IT IS NECESSARY THAT WE COLLECT THE INFORMATION FROM APPLICANTS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM. THIS INFORMATION IS ALSO USED TO DETERMINE THE FOC OF OUR RECRUITMENT EFFORT.
