Abstract:
MANUFACTURERS OF RESIDENTIAL WOOD HEATERS AND LABORATORIES ACCREDITED BY EPA FOR CONDUCTING CERTIFICATION TESTS OF REPRESENTATIVE WOOD HEATERS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO MAKE SEVERAL ON-TIME AND PERIODIC REPORTS NECESSARY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE RULE. ALSO, LABORATORIES, MANUFACTURERS, AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS, WOULD BE REQUIRED TO RETAIN CERTAIN RECORDS.
