VESSEL TONNAGES ARE REQUIRED BEFORE A VESSEL IS DOCUMENTED UNDER THE LAW OF THE UNITED STATES AND WHEN THE APPLICATION OF A LAW IS DETERMINED BY TONNAGE. THE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO CALCULATE VESSEL TONNAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY VESSEL OWNERS.
