Abstract:
ARBITRATION, ADMINISTRATIVE PRACTICE, LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS' THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS NEEDED SO THAT FMCS MAY SELECT HIGHLY QUALIFIED ARBITRATORS FOR IT'S ROSTER. THE INFORMATION ALSO ALLOWS PARTIES TO SELECT ARBITRATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR PARTICULAR NEEDS. THE RESPONDENTS ARE PRIVATE CITIZENS WHO MAKE APPLICATION FOR APPOINTMENT THE FMCS ROSTER.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
