Abstract:
ALL NATIONAL BANKS MUST ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN PROCEDURES DESIGNED TO ASSURE AND MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE BANK SECRECY ACT. THIS ACTION IS REQUIRED BY THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE ACT OF 1986, P.L. 99-570. THIS REGULATION IMPOSES MINIMUM RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS. NO UNDUE BURDEN IS IMPOSED.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
