IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEDICARE/MEDICAID PROGRAM AS A SUPPLIER OF PORTABLE X-RAY SERVICES, SUPPLIERS MUST MEET FEDERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.
