THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO IDENTIFY ENTITIES WHO SEEK GOVERNMENTAL RECOGNITION AS A RECOGNIZED PRIVATE OPERATING AGENCY (RPOA). THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ASSURE THAT RPOAS WILL OBEY THE LAWS AND TREATIES OF THE UNITED STATES. APPLICANT WILL BE FOR-PROFIT CORPORATIONS.
