TEST A SAMPLING SCHEM TO IMPROVE ON-FARM STOCKS ESTIMATES BY INCREASING THE NONOVERLAP COVERAGE AND DEVELOP PROBABILITY SURVEY INDICATIONS FOR USE IN MAKING ESTIMATES OF FINAL YIELD AND HARVESTED ACREAGE FOR MAJOR CROPS.
