THE CM-921 PROVIDES INSURANCE CARRIERS WITH THE MEANS TO SUPPLY DCMWC WITH INFORMATION WHICH SHOWS THAT A RESPONSIBLE COAL MINE OPERATOR IS INSURED PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BY THE BLACK LUNG BENEFITS REFORM ACT OF 1977.
