Abstract:
THE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT REQUIRES THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS FORM BE SUBMITTED TO THE SECRETARY FOR A TAX EXEMPT TRANSFER OF A NFA FIREARM. APPROVAL OF THE FORM AMENDS THE RECORD IN THE NATIONAL FIREARMS REGISTRATION AND TRANSFER RECORD TO SHOW THE CURRENT OWNER OF THE FIREARM.
