Abstract:
FORM 5471 AND ITS RELATED SCHEDULES ARE USED BY U.S. PERSONS THAT HAVE AN INTEREST IN A FOREIGN CORPORATION. THE FORM IS USED TO REPORT INCOM FROM THE FOREIGN CORPORATION. THE FORM AND SCHEDULES ARE USED TO REPOR A U.S. PERSON'S ACQUISITION OF A 5 PERCENT INTEREST IN A FOREIGN CORPORATION, AND TO REPORT INCOME AND DEDUCTIONS OF A FOREIGN PERSONAL HOLDING COMPANY.
