Abstract:
RULE IS REQUIRED TO ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO DEMODULATE ALL SPREAD SPECTRUM TRANSMISSIONS AND ASSURE THAT AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS USING SPREAD SPECTRUM TECHNIQUES COMPLY WITH THE RULES. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSIST OF AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS USING SPREAD SPECTRUMS.
