Terms of Clearance: Approved with the condition that page 3, line 6, of exhibit f be revised to request the co-signers Tax ID Number. IN addition, the Agreements and Certifications section should be revised to inform loan applicants of Federal debt collection policies and procedures The certification section should be amended to require the applicant to certify that they are currently not delinquent on other Federal debts. Finally, section (b) of this section should be revised to indicate that the applicant will agree to pay for the purchase of credit reports. These actions are necessary so that the certification section comports with OMB circular A-129.
