Terms of Clearance: This ICR is for the information collection requirements of the Financi Assistance for the National Estuary Program Interim Final Rule (Annual Work Plans) published at 54 FR 40797 and the Governor's Nomination of Estuaries proposed on April 21, 1988 (53 FR 12989) and to be released as final shortly by EPA. As a condition of clearance EPA must submit an ICW to amend the General Federal Assistance Grant application ICR clearance (OMB No. 2030-0020) to reflect the grant application activit increase associated with the estuary program.
