Abstract:
THE INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED BY FACILITIES HANDLING BENZENE WASTES. PRIMARILY CHEMICAL PLANTS, PETROLEUM REFINERIES, AND COMMERCIAL WASTE TREATMENT FACILITIES. INITIAL REPORTS (CERTIFICATION, PERFORMANCE TESTS, DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS) AND QUARTERLY REPORTS (CERTIFICATION, EXCEEDANCES) ARE REQUIRED. THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ENSURE CONTINUING COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATION.
