Abstract:
THE FAMILY SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION (FSA) WILL USE THE DATA COLLECTED UNDER 45 CFR 96.81 TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS TO BE HELD AVAILAB FOR THE FOLLOWING FISCAL YEAR AND THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, AVAILABLE FOR REALLOTMENT. THE INFORMATION ALSO IS INCLUDED IN A REPORT TO THE SENA APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE AND IN AN ANNUAL REPORT TO CONGRESS, AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 2610 OF THE LIHEAP STATUTE.
