Abstract:
49 U.S.C. 10530 REQUIRES CERTAIN FOREIGN MOTOR CARRIERS ENGAGING IN OTHERWISE EXEMPT MOTOR CARRIER OPERATIONS TO FILE AN APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION WITH THE COMMISSION. THIS CERTIFICATE MUST BE CARRIED IN THE VEHICLES OF SUCH CARRIERS WHEN CROSSING THE BORDER INTO THE U.S.
