In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, this information collection is approved for use through May 31, 1990. Should the Bureau of Indian Affairs subsequently resubmit this information collection for OMB review the following issues must be addressed: (1) A detailed explanation of the "practical utility" of the information requested related to each criterion in 25 CFR subsecti 83.7 a-g. (2) Describe what steps the BIA has taken in the last three years to consult with interested individuals or groups in order to minimize the burden of this information collection. (3) Describe in depth any recommendations the BIA has received from either prospective or past respondents that might reduce the information collection burdent associated with this information request and, (4) what actions if any, the BIA has taken on the basis of these recommendations to reduce the associated burden of this collection.
