Abstract:
THESE REGULATIONS WOULD ESTABLISH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS FOR MARINE VAPOR CONTROL SYSTEMS AND REQUIRE REVIEW OF THE PLANS OF A FACILITY'S VAPOR CONTROL SYSTEM BY A COAST GUARD ACCEPTED CERTIFYING ENTITY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS. THESE REGULATIONS WOULD ALSO ESTABLIS PROCEDURES FOR ENTITIES TO APPLY TO BECOME CERTIFYING ENTITIES.
