Abstract:
INFORMATION REQUIRED BY NESHAP IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE ATTAINMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE BENZENE EMISSION STANDARDS BY GUARANTEEING THE APPLICATION AND PROPER OPERATION OF REQUIRED EQUIPMENT. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPOSED OF PLANTS IN THE BY-PRODUCT COKING INDUSTRY, THE PETROLEUM REFINING INDUSTRY, AND THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY.
