Abstract:
A DECLARATION OF INSPECTION IS USED TO HELP PREVENT OIL AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS SPILLS AND PREVENT DAMAGE TO A FACILITY OR VESSEL. PERSONS IN CHARGE OF A TRANSFER OPERATION MUST REVIEW AND CERTIFY COMPLIANCE WITH PROCEDURES SPECIFIED IN THE REGULATIONS WHICH ARE LISTED IN THE DECLARATION OF INSPECTION. A SIGNED COPY OF THE DECLARATION OF INSPECTION MUST BE RETAINED BY BOTH THE FACILITY AND THE VESSEL FOR

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
