IRC SEC. 6033 REQUIRES ALL PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS INCLUDING SECTION 4947(A)(1) TRUSTS TREATED AS PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS TO FILE AN ANNUAL INFORMATION RETURN. SEC. 53.4940-1(A) OF THE INCOME TAX REGS. REQUIRES THAT THE TAX ON NET INVESTMENT INCOME BE REPORTED ON THE RETURN FILED UNDER SEC. 6033. On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
