Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved with the following condition. OMB has increased HUD's burden estimate by a factor of ten. HUD's claim that these complicated forms, which often each have instructions totaling more than 2 pages, impose a total burden per respondent of only 1.33 hours appears absurd. If HUD would like for OMB to reconsider the burden assigned to this collection, it must provide specific documentation for the actual amount of time needed to complete these forms.
