Abstract:
THIS NOPR(RM89-7) REQUIRES THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENT OF SECTION 10(J) OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT. THESE REQUIREMENTS WERE BROUGHT ABOUT BY CHANGES MADE BY THE ELECTRIC CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT OF 1986 (ECPA), CONCERNING THE LICENSEE MAKING INFORMATION READILY AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF TH LICENSEE PROJECT AND ENHANCEMENT OF WILDLIFE.
