Abstract:
FORM S-1 IS THE GENERAL REGISTRATION FORM FOR ISSUERS OF SECURITIES THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE ANY OF THE SPECIALIZED FORMS. THE FORM GIVES INVESTORS THE NECESSARY INFORMATION TO MAKE INVESTMENT DECISIONS ON SECURITIES OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933.
