CASE REPORTS ON NOTIFIABLE DISEASES FURNISHED BY STATE AND TERRITORIAL HEALTH DEPARTMENTS PROVIDE INFORMATION ON EPIDEMIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS (AGE, SEX, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, ETC.)
