Abstract:
THE FORM OWCP-16 IS T PLAN FOR REHABILITATION SERVICES SUBMITTED TO OWCP BY THE INJURED WORKER AND REHABILITATION COUNSELOR AND OWCP'S AWARD OF PAYMENT FROM FUNDS PROVIDED FOR REHABILITATION.
