TITLE 46 USC 3301, 3306 AND 3703 SUBJECT STEAM, SEAGOING MOTOR VESSELS BARGES AND THEIR ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT TO INSPECTION FOR ADEQUACY OF SERVICE OF THE VESSEL AND COMPLIANCE WITH MARINE SAFETY REGULATIONS.
