Abstract:
FINANCIAL AND OPERATING REPORT NEEDED BY THE COMMISSION TO CARRY OUT ITS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE ICC ACT, SECTION 20 AS IT RELATES TO OIL PIPELINE COMPANIES. TO BE USED TO ESTABLISH RATES, IN RATE PROCEEDINGS, IN FORMAL INVESTIGATIONS, FINANCIAL AUDITS AND CONTINUOUS REVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE REGULATED OIL PIPELINES.
