Abstract:
THE STANDARD PROVIDES PROCEDURES BY WHICH A MINE OPERATOR SHALL NOTIFY MSHA OF ALL EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS AND BLASTING UNITS TO BE USED PRIOR TO THEIR USE IN UNDERGROUND GASSY METAL AND NONMETAL MINES.
