Abstract:
THE SECRETARY OF EDUCATION MUST DETERMINE WHETHER POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS MEET THE STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY AND CERTIFICATION TO APPLY FOR FUNDING FO PROGRAMS AUTHORIZED BY THE HIGHER EDUCATION ACT OF 1965, AS AMENDED. THE SECRETARY USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THIS FORM TO DETERMINE IF AN INSTITUTION QUALIFIED FOR ELIGIBILITY AND CERTIFICATION.
