Abstract:
THIS FORM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS DESIRING TO PARTICIPATE IN HUD'S INSURED HOUSING PROGRAMS AND THE SECTION 8 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBSTANTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAMS. HUD USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSESS THE ADEQUACY OF THE APPLICANT'S PROPOSED ACTIONS TO CARRY OUT THE AFHM REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN 24 CFR PART 200 SUBPART M, AND TO REVIEW COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS UNDER 24 CFR PART 108, THE AFHM COMPLIANCE
