CERTAIN LOCAL EXCHANGE CARRIERS ARE REQUIRED ANNUALLY TO SUBMIT TARIFF REVIEW PLANS IN PARTIAL FULFILLMENT OF COST SUPPORT MATERIAL REQUIRED BY 47 CFR 61.38.
