FCC FORM 395-B IS A DATA COLLECTION DEVISE USED TO ASSESS AND ENFORCE THE COMMISSION'S EEO REQUIREMENTS FILED BY ALL AM, FM, TV AND INTERNATIONAL BROADCAST LICENSEES/PERMITTEES.
