FORM 720 IS USED TO REPORT EXCISE TAXES DUE FROM RETAILERS AND MANUFACTURERS ON THE SALE OR MANUFACTURE OF VARIOUS ARTICLES, TO REPOR TAXES ON FACILITIES AND SERVICES, AND TAXES ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS AND COMMODITIES (GASOLINE AND VACCINES, ETC.).
