Abstract:
REGULATION SETS UP AN APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PROSPECTIVE PAYMENT SYST HOSPITALS WHO CHOOSE TO APPEAL THEIR GEOGRAPHIC STATUS TO THE MEDICARE GEOGRAPHICAL CLASSIFICATION REVIEW BOARD (MGCRB). REGULATION ALSO ESTABLISHES PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES FOR THE MGCRB.
